Masterclass US Corp. provides an AI phone host to restaurants under a subscription. These terms cover use of that service.
The service answers your line, records bookings, and sends transactional messages to your guests on your behalf. Accounts run on a trial and then a subscription; a failed payment starts a grace period during which your line keeps working, because your guests should not hear a billing problem.
You are responsible for the settings that decide what the agent will accept — your opening hours, capacity, party limits and deposit policy — and for the accuracy of what you ask it to tell guests.
Calling a restaurant that uses this service costs no more than any other call to it. Texts are sent only if you agreed on the call; reply STOP to stop them, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
The service is provided as-is. It is software answering a telephone: it can mishear, and a booking it takes is subject to the restaurant honouring it.
